The Pennsylvania Association of Home and Community Based Services Providers (PAHCBS) is a statewide organization of Medicaid and Medicare providers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania serving seniors, children and people with disabilities in achieving their best lives through receiving long term services and supports programs funded through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Health and Human Services.
Our Mission:
To continuously improve and promote the availability, accessibility and quality of the full range of home and community based long-term services and supports within the Commonwealth that offers participant choice, control, and independence.
Our Vision:
It is the vision of the PA HCBS to be the voice, advocate, and resource for providers dedicated to providing quality community long-term services and supports services in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
